1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only
- We do not offer international shipping at this time
- All orders must have a valid UAE delivery address
2. SHIPPING COSTS
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the UAE
- No minimum order value required
- Shipping costs are included in your purchase price
3. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
4. DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days within the UAE after processing
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time

7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
- All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at niapersiancarpets@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will work with you to resolve the issue
- For lost shipments, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier
9. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

- All deliveries within the UAE are duty-free
10. ORDER CHANGES
- Once an order is placed, shipping address changes may not be possible

- We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun

- All Persian carpets are carefully rolled and packaged to prevent damage during transit
- We use protective materials suitable for the size and value of each carpet
- Packaging is designed to ensure your carpet arrives in perfect condition
