At Niapersiancarpets.com, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or returns on any products purchased from our store. Our Persian carpets are authentic, handcrafted pieces carefully selected for each customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at niapersiancarpets@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement of the item (subject to availability)
• Store credit for the full purchase amount
• Professional repair at our cost

Store Credit

In exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, we may issue store credit which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
